Xylocon 0.05% Nasal Spray 10ml is a safe nasal decongestant that swiftly narrows blood vessels, delivering rapid relief lasting for hours.

Possible side effects include local irritation, dryness of the mouth and throat, and temporary discomfort such as burning, stinging, sneezing, or increased nasal discharge.

✔️ Quick Suggestions:

• Shake the bottle before using the medicine.
• Clean your nose thoroughly before using the medicine.
• Insert the bottle tip into one nostril and close the other nostril.
• Direct the spray towards the sides of your nostril, away from the cartilage dividing the two sides of your nose.
• Breathe out gently through your mouth, and repeat the same process for the other nostril.
• Avoid deep breathing, as this can cause the medication to flow back into the throat and make it less effective.
• Do not share the bottle with anyone else to prevent the spread of germs.
• Oxymetazoline can lead to worsening nasal congestion if used for more than 3 or 4 days in a row, a condition known as "rebound congestion."

• It acts as a direct agonist on α-adrenoceptors but not on β-adrenoceptors.

• This improves airway potency and enhances nasal sinus drainage.
